GLENN CARTER
Founder/Designer/Director

Completing a drafting cadetship in 1992, Glenn has developed a career in drafting spanning more than 35 years across a multitude of industries and project styles, including EPC, EPCM, OEM and Client representation within mining, manufacturing, power generation, specialised equipment & asset management. He has successfully fulfilled the roles of mechanical/structural/civil/piping design and detail drafter, lead drafter, layout designer, checker, lead designer, design manager, state manager for an engineering company and lecturer of engineering studies at TAFE.

Glenn’s willingness to learn and adaptability has broadened his capability with diversity in roles and skill-sets incorporating project coordination, project management, construction and site supervision, QA/QC, OH&S, plant inspection, business development and business analysis.

Glenn has previously been drafting manger for GR Engineering, Sedgman, Wave Engineers. Has held the position of State Manager for Adra Group, specialising in balanced machine design and was also design coordinator for Thiessen Krupp’s South Flank Project for BHP.
